Peter McGinty moved to Telluride in December 1995 and eventually became owner and operator of Elevation Vacations, the premier luxury vacation rental management company in Telluride and Mountain Village, managing many of the area's top rental properties.  In 2011 Peter also acquired Telluride Property Services an estate management service established in 1985 to provide an elite level of services for second-home owners.  After 17 years running property management businesses Peter sold Elevation Vacations & Telluride Property Services to  Boulder, Colorado based InvitedHome and managed the transition of his businesses into the growing network of InvitedHome destinations.  Peter has participated in several partnerships, multiple buy-outs & business purchases, and operated a variety of business entities -- from experience he has learned a variety of successful strategies and formed a multitude of connections to help make doing business in Telluride and Mountain Village more profitable and rewarding.  More about Peter...
